How To Delete Your Account

Open Raddolugama App
Launch the Raddolugama App on your mobile device.

Go to Profile/Settings
Navigate to your profile or settings section within the app.

Select Delete Account
Find and tap on the 'Delete Account' option in your settings.

Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Data Deletion Information
What data will be deleted:
- ✓Your account profile and personal information
- ✓All listings you have created
- ✓Your activity history and preferences
What data may be retained:
- !Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes
- !Information required by law or for legal compliance
The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete. During this time, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
